My journey into the wellness world began with a deep passion for helping people connect with their inner selves and navigate life’s transformative moments. As a yoga teacher, childbirth educator, sound bath practitioner, and postpartum doula, I’ve always been drawn to the idea of creating safe, supportive spaces for individuals to explore the mind-body connection and holistic well-being.

I started Cosmic Egg Wellness because I believe in the importance of empowering individuals—especially women and new mothers—through their unique journeys. Whether it’s through yoga, sound baths, or doula support, my goal is to offer people the tools they need to feel grounded, confident, and nurtured in all aspects of their lives.

The name "Cosmic Egg" was inspired by the idea of new beginnings and creation. In every phase of life, we’re constantly evolving, and I wanted to create a space where people can come to recharge, reset, and find their center—whether they’re navigating motherhood, seeking balance, or looking for a deeper connection to themselves. Cosmic Egg is also a yoga posture so it seemed fitting!

At Cosmic Egg Wellness, I focus on holistic well-being by offering restorative yoga, childbirth education, postpartum support, and sound baths. I’m committed to holding space for others so they can feel safe, supported, and empowered in their unique paths. It’s all about creating an environment where people can reconnect with their body, mind, and spirit.

Through Cosmic Egg Wellness, I’ve had the honor of supporting many families, and guiding them through some of the most meaningful experiences of their lives. It’s a true passion of mine, and I look forward to sharing that same care and connection with even more individuals as they journey through life’s transitions.
