This gentle vinyasa flow class is perfect for those transitioning back into their regular yoga practice or for anyone curious about yoga but looking to build confidence and knowledge before diving into a more intense class. Whether you're easing out of postnatal classes or exploring vinyasa flow for the first time, this class focuses on solidifying the basics while building strength, flexibility, and confidence. It’s a great stepping stone to help you feel prepared for more vigorous practices. Please note, this is not a postnatal class and babies are not able to attend. Come find your rhythm, build your foundation, and gradually work your way into a regular practice.
