Pregnancy and new motherhood can feel like two entirely different planets—but here at the Crossroads, we meet right in the middle. Join us every Monday in the cozy space between Postnatal Yoga (10:30 AM-11:30 AM) and Prenatal Yoga (12:00 PM–1:00 PM) for a casual, come-as-you-are gathering of women navigating the in-between. This isn’t a formal group. There’s no commitment. Just a chance to begin building your village in a way that’s authentic, light, and low-pressure. Come swap stories, snack, vent, or just sit quietly in the company of others who get it. Whether you're still rocking your bump or just figuring out life on the other side, you’re in the right place. Let’s be real—it’s messy. But you don’t have to be in it alone. Come early. Stay late. There’s always room at the Crossroads.

By attending this class, you confirm that you have received clearance from your doctor to participate.
