Cancellation Policy
Private Couples Prenatal Yoga Policy Photography Consent: We love to capture the special and bonding moments shared in our private couples prenatal yoga sessions! By attending, you agree to allow photographs to be taken and used for promotional purposes on the Cosmic Egg Wellness website or social media. These images will always be used respectfully to highlight the supportive, loving environment we aim to provide. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session to receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund. Medical Clearance: Prenatal yoga can be a wonderful bonding experience, but please check with your healthcare provider before beginning any new physical activity, especially during pregnancy. By participating, both partners confirm that they have received medical clearance to take part in a private couples prenatal yoga session. This session is intended to support relaxation and bonding and is not a substitute for regular medical care. Assumption of Risk: By attending this private session, you acknowledge and accept that Cosmic Egg Wellness and Carolyn Lane are not responsible for any injuries, health complications, or, in rare cases, death. While we prioritize a safe, comfortable experience, prenatal yoga involves physical movement, and individual responses may vary. You agree to release and hold harmless Cosmic Egg Wellness and Carolyn Lane from any liability associated with this session.
