Cosmic Egg Wellness was created for the thresholds—the moments of becoming, unraveling, returning, and reimagining. Whether you're preparing to meet your baby, healing in postpartum, or simply craving a deeper connection to your body and breath, this is a soft place to land.

Our offerings are designed to support women and families through real-life transitions with movement, stillness, sound, and meaningful connection. We specialize in prenatal and postnatal yoga, but we also welcome those who are new to yoga, returning after time away, or exploring their wellness journey later in life.

This space is inclusive of all family structures and identities. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and strive to create an environment where everyone feels seen, supported, and safe—without needing to explain or edit who they are.
